Job Description - Assembler I

The Assembler I performs routine assembly operations, of a repetitive nature, to produce quality products per product specifications. This is primarily an entry‑level role
, ideal for those looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Assemble product and sub‑assemblies according to written documentation.
  • Test functional performance of assemblies using meters and test equipment.
  • Perform minimal soldering of components (as needed).
  • Use small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Move material to and from work area.
  • Package products per process instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing/assembly experience helpful (not required).
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination (working with small parts).
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
