• Run brake press operations.
• Conduct tests to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
• Communicate test status and issues promptly.
• Assist in design, building and supporting NPD needs.
• Utilize 6S principles and perform lab audits to keep spaces clean and organized.
• Complete necessary safety training and conduct STOP audits to ensure a safe work environment.

• Experience operating and programming brake press equipment.
• Knowledge of CNC panel bending equipment, mechanical and hydraulic presses, spot welders, automated spot welders, laser or brake press.
• Sheet metal fabrication skills.
• CAD/Solid Works experience (2+ years).

• Associate's degree.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to provide input on best practices for new part development.
