Process Technician 2ND shift

Job Summary

• Ensure adherence to all quality systems including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, Food Safety GMP's, HACCP, FSSC 22000, NSF, ICH Q7, with an understanding of IFF's Quality Policy and procedures; including ensure adherence of all employees working in the department.
• Comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HAACP, and Attendance.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to make the necessary adjustments in the production process, such as adjusting control instrumentation, and moving products and raw materials.
• Load and unload process equipment.
• Recognize atypical/incorrect conditions in the production area and contact the appropriate authority.
• Move raw materials, equipment, and final products throughout the plant.
• Maintain accurate written records or logs of all production processes/equipment/maintenance/routine cleaning.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required by processes and Work Instructions.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize all production/packaging equipment and other process areas in the plant.
• Assist in maintaining process and non-process areas in compliance with current regulatory agencies.
