The ideal Director of Operations will leverage & grow their experience with:
- Plant management - multi-facility leadership of all operations activity
- Lean manufacturing - implementing standard work and removing waste
- Materials planning, purchasing & supply chain
- Industrial Engineering - facility, tooling and capital equipment planning
- Project leadership - initiating & leading continuous improvement programs
- ERP systems - operational analysis, financial reviews & KPI tracking
- Hands-on daily leadership style to engage and retain employees
- Business acumen - interacting with key customers and suppliers
Our client is a well-established and growing Contract Manufacturer based off the east side of the Madison metro area. Join the senior leadership team, with responsibility for overall operational performance!
