Company Description:

We are a paid media agency focused on the food, beverage and CPG space. Our company is segmented internally into three categories:

• Paid Social/Search (DTC & Awareness)
• Amazon

In our 7 years of existence, we've proven a reliable partner in the paid media space, with several published case studies across Instacart, Google, and many more. In 2025 we experienced 2x growth, and are looking to add on to support our efforts in 2026.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madison, WI, for a Director of Paid Social & Search. At a high-level, the Director will be responsible for building/overseeing our rapidly growing department.

Here is what is expected of this role:

• Leading the charge on strategy for all DTC/Awareness platforms.
• Ability to Media Plan tailored to the brands corresponding seasonality and goals.
• Understand the nuances and ever-changing landscape of DTC. Having a real curiosity to help our brands scale online.
• Can go into the accounts and launch campaigns, if needed.
• Knows the nuances of each platform and how to encompass each platforms strengths into larger media plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Media Planning and Marketing (~5 Years)
• Energetic and Excited to work on the clients projects
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities. We need someone to come in here and help build out this department, taking ownership of the team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Madison, WI
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus

Timing:

• We are using the rest of 2025 to interview and learn more about candidates.
• Our goal is to start the new candidate after winter break (first week of 2026).
