Lead Pastor

Calvary Baptist Church in Madison, MN seeks a Lead Pastor to deliver sermons, lead Sunday services, and collaborate with the church board to address organizational needs. • Deliver inspiring sermons and lead weekly worship services.
• Collaborate with the church board and leadership to address organizational needs and strategic planning.
• Provide pastoral care: guidance and support to parishioners and families.
• Equip volunteers and foster community engagement; lead outreach and ministry initiatives.
• Promote a missional outlook in ministry and advance the Great Commission.

• Proficient in teaching and preaching; strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities; experience in leading a church or ministry team.
• Passion for equipping volunteers, fostering community engagement, and developing others.
• Missional mindset with a clear call to evangelism, discipleship, and church growth.
• Computer skills relevant to worship/music ministry (e.g., Easy Worship) or willingness to learn.
• Task-oriented with the ability to organize priorities and meet ministry goals.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000
