• Utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager of two assigned units
• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to state, federal, and corporate guidelines
• Participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel
• Utilize effectively the general principles of leadership and supervision
• Manage conflict through effective problem‑solving and communication skills
• Act calmly and efficiently in handling emergency situations
• Prepare daily assignment of duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks
• Attend and participate productively in resident care meetings, staff meetings, and in‑services
• Takes an active role in teaching (formal or informal presentation) with residents, families, and staff

• Current valid Registered Nurse license issued in the state where you will practice
• Infection control experience (preferred)
• Recent experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and experience in supervisory capacity (preferred)
