Ingleside Communities, a respected long-term care facility serving approximately 80 residents in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, is seeking a passionate, experienced, and hands‑on Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the residents we serve and the dedicated nursing team you’ll support every day.

• Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing department
• Promote and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and other departments
• Drive quality improvement and resident-centered care initiatives

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (required)
• Minimum of 2 years nursing leadership experience in long‑term care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
