This on-site position is located at 645 Church St., Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Ingleside Communities is seeking to hire CNAs to provide quality care to residents under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication with patients, residents, families and other health team members is essential.
Base pay$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Shift/Hours- AM SHIFT 6:00am - 2:30pm
- PM SHIFT 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- NOC SHIFT 10:00pm - 6:30am
On-site at Ingleside Communities, 645 Church St., Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

Qualifications- Current state licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- CPR Certification
- Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the RN/LPN
- Implements plan of care developed by the RN based on patient/resident needs
- Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks
- Documents results of care within established policies and scope of practice
- Nutritional care includes serving resident trays, assisting with eating, encouraging intake, recording intake, and reporting changes
- Ensure effective communication with residents and families
