• Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Precisely transcribe physicians’ orders onto MARs and treatment sheets, ensuring fidelity to the plan of care.
• Coordinate with pharmacy for new orders, refills, and medication changes.
• Prepare, safely administer, and document all medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, performing other essential nursing duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.
