PICU RN – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse
Seeking an experienced PICU RN to provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill infants and children. The nurse will assess, plan, and implement care, manage complex treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for pediatric critical care.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality nursing care to pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and medication infusions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and support families through the care process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU RN experience.
• Active state RN license or Compact RN license (if applicable).
• Current BLS and PALS (ACLS preferred).
• Strong critical-care and pediatric assessment skills.
