Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Services
UnityPoint Health invites applications for the Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Services position.
OverviewResponsible for the clinical and administrative leadership of the assigned patient care area under the Nurse Manager, ensuring quality patient care and achievement of UnityPoint Health Meriter system goals. Assists Nurse Manager in resource control, coordination, and evaluation, promoting a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Lead clinical and administrative activities in assigned emergency service area.
- Coordinate, control, and evaluate human, material, and fiscal resources.
- Promote a collaborative environment to deliver excellence in patient care.
- Assist in achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing strongly preferred; BSN candidates must be enrolled in a program with completion within 24 months.
- Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
- Previous management experience.
- MSN encouraged; ANCC specialty certification preferred.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday shift, commensurate with experience.
