Nursing Assistant – Medical/Surgical (Finance) Work Schedule
.90 FTE, 36 hours/week. Evening/Night position with variable 8‑ and 12‑hour shifts, most shifts 7:00 pm–7:30 am. 1 in 3 weekends and holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department.
Pay- Competitive compensation and benefits; relevant work experience considered.
- Available $3,000 sign‑on bonus (pro‑rated on FTE).
- Additional components: evening/night shift differential, weekend differential.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to:
- Support Registered Nurses on an inpatient Medical‑Surgical unit and provide care to both medical and surgical patients.
- Perform direct physical care, basic nursing procedures, and treatments per hospital policies: activities of daily living, repositioning, transfers, patient mobility, intentional rounding, and performing 12‑lead ECGs.
- Engage visitors, patients, and family members to establish a trusting relationship and deliver high‑quality care.

- Graduated from a State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program.
- One year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant (preferred).

- BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
