American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment requiring TNCC certification and a WI or Compact RN license.

• Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department treating combined adult and pediatric populations
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from
• Weekend rotation including holidays as needed
• Floating required as needed
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active WI RN or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (AHA only) required
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a telemetry exam with strict passing criteria prior to starting, including identification of lethal rhythms and heart block questions for both adult and pediatric exams
• Previous travel assignment experience required, minimum six months, with extensions highly preferred

• Provide emergency care for a wide range of adult and pediatric conditions including trauma, respiratory, cardiac, neurological, psychiatric, and orthopedic cases
• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, dysrhythmias, and traumatic injuries including gunshot wounds and traumatic amputations
• Perform skills such as arterial line management, central line care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and procedural sedation monitoring
• Experience with ventilated and BiPAP/CPAP patients may be required
• Facility is a teaching hospital and Stroke/STEMI certified center
• Free onsite parking available
