Agrace in Madison, WI is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse (Resource RN) for 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) on the day shift, weekdays, 8:30am–5:00pm, with weekend (every 3rd) and holiday rotations and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
You will provide patient- and family-centered nursing care, conduct assessments, plan and update the plan of care, triage needs, document in the EHR, and collaborate with the IDT to support hospice goals.
