We are currently seeking Full-Time Landscape Specialty and Mowing Technicians at our Brookfield, WI location. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

• Crew Leaders need aminimum of one year landscape Crew Leader experience, and Technicians one year of general landscape experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Commitment to safety
• A degree or courses in horticulture is a plus
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid WI Regular driver's license with a responsible driving record is required

• Planting and Holiday Installs
• Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Specialty Technicians apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed (Wisconsin CAT 3 pesticide license required)
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups
• Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus)

• Compensation for this position is based on experience.
