David J. Frank Landscape Contracting invites you to join our Seasonal Snow Removal Team Member (October—April). We are a recognized leader in snow & ice management, named the Best Snow & Ice Company to Work for the SEVENTH consecutive year by the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA).

As a seasonal team member, you will help keep Madison’s streets and sidewalks safe during winter. You will work on-call, follow safety protocols, operate equipment, and possibly qualify for a spring position with our landscape maintenance or construction teams.

• Assist in snow and ice removal operations from November through April.
• Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least one year of experience operating heavy equipment or snow plows/salt trucks for business and residential properties.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Reliable transportation and a reliable phone for scheduling.
• Willing attitude, ability to work in cold temperatures, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Snow Shovelers and Sidewalk Equipment Crew – Premium pay  19– 23 per hour.
• Heavy Equipment Operators (Wheel/Skid Loader) – Premium pay  27– 38+ per hour.
• Plow/Salt Truck Operators – Premium pay  25– 35+ per hour.

Weekly pay, equipment provided, potential for a spring job offer on our maintenance or construction teams.
