Seasonal Gardener

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Assist horticulturists with maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchard, and prairies.
• Mow, trim, mulch, water, weed, and compost.
• Work may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Join our team as an experienced and motivated landscaper or horticulturist.

• Pay starts at $20/hr.
• Merit-based annual raises.

• Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (~April– ~November).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
