Training Technician (CVT) – Lakefield Veterinary Group

We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to support our five‑doctor practice in Madison, WI. Our full‑time techs work 30 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with one “on‑call” weekend per month. We have two state‑of‑the‑art locations that specialize in preventative, general medical, and surgical care for dogs and cats.

• Support clinical staff with routine and advanced medical procedures.
• Provide patient care and assist with surgical prep and recovery.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for pets and owners.
• Participate in the on‑call weekend schedule as required.

• Certified Veterinary Technician with 3‑5 years of experience.
• Preferred experience in training new staff and providing mentorship.

Pay Range: $30‑$35 per hour based on experience.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000.
