Quality Manager (Electronics Manufacturing) – Madison, WI

Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), a leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), is hiring a Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and shape the company’s quality culture. Located in University Research Park in Madison, WI, AAI builds high-reliability electronic assemblies including the Cap Tel Captioned Telephone.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ISO 9001/2015 audits, internal quality processes, and compliance initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, SOP development, and process validation
- Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Train and develop staff to build a data-driven, quality-focused culture
- Supervise Quality and Document Control team members

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of quality management or quality engineering in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 systems
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, ASQ tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ASQ certifications a plus
