About The Role

A Leasing Consultant plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. This position is responsible for showcasing the community’s features and amenities, conducting tours, and highlighting the value of the apartment homes to meet the unique needs of each prospect. By maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service, the Leasing Consultant helps prospects make informed decisions while supporting occupancy goals.

Beyond leasing responsibilities, this role contributes to the overall success of the community by assisting with resident relations, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the leasing process. Leasing Consultants often collaborate with property management teams on marketing initiatives, renewal strategies, and community events to enhance the resident experience and drive retention. Ultimately, the Leasing Consultant serves as both a trusted resource for future residents and a key contributor to the growth and reputation of the property.

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations
