Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, other agents, and vendors to keep deals moving.
  • Prep, organize, and review offers/addenda/disclosures so closings stay on track.
  • Run efficient showings and host open houses.
  • Give clear advice on pricing, contingencies, inspections, and timelines.
  • Share timely updates and set expectations so clients always know what’s next.
  • Own your pipeline in our CRM.
Qualifications
  • Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license (or willing to get it).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Client-first mindset.
  • Organized.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication.
  • Self-starter who thrives on a team.
  • Coachable and adaptable; comfortable with systems and tech (CRM, MLS, Zip Forms).
  • Sales/negotiation or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required).
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Competitive, driven, and never satisfied with “good enough”.
Compensation

$120,000+ at plan commission
