Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Client Experience & Showings
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for qualified buyers
  • Confidently communicate property features, benefits, and neighborhood insights
  • Represent the HomeTeam4u brand with professionalism and care
Relationship Building
  • Create a positive, memorable experience for buyers at every interaction
  • Listen closely to client needs and provide thoughtful, informed responses
Market Knowledge
  • Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and pricing
  • Communicate accurate, timely information to clients and team members
Operational Excellence
  • Assist with documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM, including feedback and client activity
  • Prospect
  • Work closely with agents, leadership, and administrative staff
  • Share insights that help improve systems, communication, and client outcomes
Professional Growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Develop real‑world skills that translate into long‑term success in real estate or related roles
Qualifications
  • Driving: Willing to spend a lot of time driving. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Tech

    Skills:

    Ability to quickly learn and use real estate‑specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Self‑Starter: Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to work towards obtaining a real estate license. (We can help with the costs! Ask for details.)
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Compensation

$17 hourly
