- Coordinate and conduct property showings for qualified buyers
- Confidently communicate property features, benefits, and neighborhood insights
- Represent the HomeTeam4u brand with professionalism and care
- Relationship Building
- Create a positive, memorable experience for buyers at every interaction
- Listen closely to client needs and provide thoughtful, informed responses
- Market Knowledge
- Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and pricing
