Undergraduate Research Assistant - Laryngeal Physiology Lab

• Lead and manage specific research projects under the guidance of the principal investigator

• Must be an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin‑Madison
• Commitment to work in the lab for multiple semesters, starting in winter
• Preference for majors in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biochemistry, and applied mathematics
• Strong motivation to work independently on research projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for biomedical modeling
• Experience with LabVIEW and small electronics/circuits
• Intermediate to advanced programming and coding skills
  
  Strong writing ability and experience with statistics and data analysis
• Experience solving differential equations (optional)
