We’re looking for a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. In this hands‑on lab role, you’ll help prepare materials that support groundbreaking research and drug development.

As a Study Technician, you’ll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols

• Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats

• Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures

• Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP‑compliant lab environment

• Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field

• A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life‑changing research

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:30am – 4:15pm

• 3rd Shift: 3:00am – 11:45am (includes a 12% shift differential)

Pay: $23/hour

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
