We’re looking for a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. This hands‑on lab role involves preparing materials that support groundbreaking research and drug development.

• Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols.
• Record data accurately in both digital and written formats.
• Learn formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures.
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GLP‑compliant lab environment.
• Develop skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication.

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life‑changing research.

• 3rd Shift: 3:00 am – 11:45 am (includes a 12 % shift differential).

Pay: $23/hour

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
