IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The internship is based in Madison, WI onsite and offers hands-on experience in dairy culture testing and milk coagulation enzymes.
You will assist application specialists on technical projects from experimental design to completion, operate lab equipment, collect and analyze data, and present reports to the team. A strong academic record in Dairy or related Food Science is preferred.
