The IFF internship is based in Madison, WI, onsite, and supports testing of dairy cultures and milk coagulation enzymes in cheese and yoghurt applications. You’ll help plan and run experiments, operate lab and pilot equipment, analyze results, and present a final project report.
Are you enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in Dairy or related Food Science, with strong time management and teamwork? You’ll gain hands-on experience in a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and food ingredients.
