Restaurant Manager – Texas Roadhouse
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. • Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hourly employees
• Direct work for employees, including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests is maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Implement safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
