• Delivering top notch service to every customer.
• Preparing quality coffee and espresso drinks to our standards.
• Preparing food with care to ensure an exceptional experience for our patrons.
• Maintaining cleanliness to uphold our inviting atmosphere.
• Working harmoniously with our team to ensure every shift runs smoothly.

• Demonstrates an interest in our products and a willingness to learn more.
• Is service-oriented and aims to leave a positive impression.
• Contributes to a friendly café environment through a proactive and team-oriented positive attitude.
• Is capable of thriving in a lively environment while comfortably being on their feet for at least 4 hours.
• May or may not have previous café or food service experience. While it is beneficial, enthusiasm is valued just as much.
• Has some weekend availability. Weekday shifts may also be available based on scheduling.

Employment Type:

Part-time; minimum 12 hours/week. Must have availability into the fall. We are not currently hiring for summer only.

Wage: a base hourly rate plus tips $16-18/hour
