ACC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ASSOC.
Daikin Comfort invites you to join the Accelerated Management Program (AMP) as an Associate. AMP is a 12‑month rotational program that provides hands‑on experience across Branch Operations and Outside Sales, enabling you to develop a solid foundation in product knowledge, operations, customer relations, and leadership skills.
Position Responsibilities- Counter Sales:
Face‑to‑face customer interactions, product knowledge acquisition, and system process training. - Warehouse:
Hands‑on experience with shipping and receiving of products. - Inside/Showroom Sales:
Develop daily sales skills and build relationships with customers and sales staff to prepare for Branch leadership. - Additional tasks:
Leading development of pricing accuracy, inventory management, and sustaining long‑term customer relationships.
- Business development and prospecting through a dedicated territory in designated markets.
- Managed customer priorities: balance quick response times, on‑site solutions, and on‑time delivery while handling all sales functions.
- Houston Training:
Networking and relationship‑building with corporate leadership and support teams. - Additional tasks:
New business development, meeting sales goals, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills. - Leadership:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies, or related field. Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment- Essential responsibilities can be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Long‑term flexibility within the region and willingness to relocate for career opportunity after the program.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Payrate: $27.11 to $33.81 hourly
