Role OverviewAs Senior Manager of our Commercial team, you will lead a team of account executives selling a solution that predicts who will buy, what they’ll buy, and when. You will hire top talent, develop future sales leaders, evangelize 6sense, run the team like a CEO, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets. Large deals will be the norm.

- Proven success as a sales leader/manager selling technology solutions to C‑level or business unit executives
- Experience closing complex sales cycles with quotas >$500k
- Consistent track record of over‑achieving quota
- Experience in startups developing sales organizations, quota, and commission plans
- Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs of Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack (Marketo, Eloqua) and B2B media/dataproviders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment
- 4‑year BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Strong C‑level customer references
Base Salary Range: $145,410–$213,269. Total compensation includes bonus program, commission plan, and stock options. Benefits include health, life, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, PTO, paid parental leave, quarterly self‑care days, and wellness education sessions.
