DescriptionWe’re hiring a Sales Agent to join our team! This role centers on building strong, in‑person relationships within the local community, so success depends on your ability to network and connect face‑to‑face. The position requires in‑office presence.
Location RequirementCandidates must reside in Madison, Stevens Point, Appleton, or Milwaukee, WI.
Pay Details- Typical training salary: $55k – $65k
- Base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions typically total first‑year compensation ranging from $55k – $75k
- Top performers can earn over $100k in their first year

- Previous sales role with proven ability to turn prospects into customers.
- State insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life, or willingness to obtain one with training.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with building and growing leads and customer base.
