OverviewNorthwestern Mutual's Middleton, Wisconsin office is actively looking to grow our team of Financial Advisors and Sales Reps. We are one of the fastest growing offices nationwide and are eager to continue building on our winning culture.
Our in-depth sales training & financial licensing program equips experienced sales and business professionals with the education needed to become successful in financial services. (No previous experience in the finance industry is required). We will surround you with resources to help gain financial expertise to confidently provide advice to your clients.
Responsibilities- Build—Work to build a client base through effective outreach, prospecting, networking, and
- Educate—Develop expert knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends through sponsored training, licensing, and exposure to top representatives nationwide.
- Influence—Present clients with meaningful recommendations to protect, optimize, and grow their assets using expert perspective and influence.
- Uncapped performance-based pay in addition to a $25K stipend provided to support training and early development in the first 12 months.
- Expense allowances & residual income per client starting in second year.
- Paid support for: insurance and investment licensing: SIE, Series 6, Series 63, CFP®, and more.
- Company funded retirement package and pension plan.

- Average projected income in 1st year: $70K-$137K.
- Average projected income in 2nd year: $90K-$192K.
- Average projected income in 3rd year: $119K-$250K
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Leadership experience.
- Desire for continuous learning within the financial industry.
- Outstanding communication ability
- Available for flexible on-site work in our Middleton, WI. office.
