• WI realtor's license, in good standing, or the ability to get their license within 30 days.
• Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals while developing and maintaining great relationships.
• A flexible, "can do" attitude.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• A coachable, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly apply feedback to improve results.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales-related software, or the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity.
