Overview

The Ticket Sales team is primarily responsible for selling season, partial, and group ticket packages. This person should be self‑motivated, positive, and work under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on outbound and inbound calls, appointment setting, delivering sales presentations, and closing sales.
  • Sell a full menu of ticket packages, including full seasons, partial plans, and groups.
  • Be willing to work non‑traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.
  • Accountable for activity levels (calls made/appointments set) and sales goals.
  • Maintain an optimistic, team‑first attitude and a competitive desire to be the best.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C‑level clients.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company‑wide safety training along with any additional job‑specific safety training.
Education And/Or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
