OverviewAudacy Madison seeks a dynamic sales professional who can represent our multi‑media, multi‑platform portfolio comprising over‑the‑air brands, streaming, the second largest podcast network, extensive digital marketing assets (OTT), sponsorship opportunities, an e‑commerce platform, and original content. We provide national reach across all 50 states, attractive base salary, bonus, and lucrative commissions. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, creative, curious, proactive, tenacious, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys an ownership mindset.

- Contact prospective customers to sell integrated marketing solutions, including commercial spot inventory, digital and streaming packages, and non‑traditional revenue.
- Spend at least 50% of work time engaging in sales and solicitations outside the office.
- Exceed sales budget and manage collections on sold accounts.
- Maintain account lists while soliciting new business.
- Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top‑quality service.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service in placing orders and arranging promotional events.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and client remotes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental and station goals.
- Proven success selling digital media, SEM/SEO/OTT/mobile/email/video, event/sponsorship sales, and audio.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads (SEM), and Facebook Ads.
- Strong ability to develop new business and exceed sales goals.
- Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing across digital, audio, and interactive platforms.
- Creative ability to craft unique campaigns focused on client needs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce CRM.
- Positive attitude and desire for income growth.
- Valid driver’s license; satisfactory motor vehicle record check; proof of insurance if own vehicle is required.
