OverviewHP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in Madison, WI. The role involves visiting 1-4 stores per day, training retail associates on HP products, and driving sales through product awareness and strong brand presence.

PayStarting at $17.50/hr
Day‑in‑the‑Life- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff & customers.
- Increase sales and product awareness through training and hands‑on consumer activities.
- Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build rapport within territory at each retailer.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product trainings.
- Assess and communicate needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral.
- Assess customer needs and make product recommendations.
- Document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations.
- Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations, ensuring brand standards.
- Coach and mentor part‑time co‑workers.
- Manage territory of stores independently with minimal oversight.
- Weekly or next‑day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
- Stable and flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday – Sunday).
- Paid travel & mileage for territory travel.
- Equipment provided.
- $50 per month technology reimbursement.

- Meet established metrics.
- Visit multiple store locations daily.
- Schedule store visits two weeks in advance.
- Execute sales activities at each location.
- Build and maintain business relationships.
- Record and maintain documentation for each visit.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products preferred.
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/telecommunications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking, time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
