AtKayser Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch commercial vehicles and services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our commercial sales department.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
- Assist in marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing reports and handling communications.
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing and courtesy deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Billing out fleet units.
- Lot work to include snow removal.
- Organizing the lot, prepare and apply addendum labels.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
