Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Sales Consultant for Early Intervention to drive product sales across Wisconsin for viscosupplementation and minimally invasive treatment solutions. The role involves prospecting, account management, and clinical relationship building with surgeons and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement territory business plans to grow sales of Monovisc, Orthovisc, and PEAK PRP product lines
- Identify and qualify prospective accounts; build relationships with surgeons, office staff, pain management specialists, and rheumatologists
- Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper product utilization in clinical settings
- Provide in-service education to customers using reimbursement web portal tools and marketing materials
- Support PEAK PRP case coverage and maintain ongoing surgeon engagement throughout sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries
- Or Associate degree and 4+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries
- Ability to relocate to Wisconsin territory
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Strong negotiation and strategic selling capabilities
- Clinical knowledge and healthcare ecosystem navigation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
