• A solid educational background in Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 5‑10+ years of experience in masa flour product development, manufacturing, operational, or commercialization.
• In‑depth expertise in nixtamalization, corn varieties, and masa performance characteristics.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives and scale‑up processes.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish would be considered a plus.
• Strong communication abilities paired with a customer‑focused approach.
