Deibel Labs is a Food Testing Laboratory in Madison, Wisconsin and is seeking an entry‑level Lab Aide for a full‑time position (40 hours/week with benefits). The company pays 100% of health insurance premiums for the employee and family and offers a self‑funded dental plan, vision plan, 401(k) option, and profit sharing.
Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:30AM‑5:00PM.
Responsibilities- Operate autoclaves throughout the day.
- Prepare broths and agars in the media lab.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Maintain a positive attitude during long hours and special projects.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Good attitude.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to pick up to 50 lbs with both hands.
- Will willing to work occasional holidays.
- Must live within 40 miles of Madison (no relocation packages).
