Join the dedicated and professional team at BEST Crowd Management as Overnight Event Security. As an Overnight Event Security, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients, premises, and personnel. We are looking for reliable and alert individuals who possess excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. This position requires availability for night shifts and weekends.

• Provide a visible and vigilant security presence, patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of all individuals present.
• Monitor access points, conduct thorough security checks, and implement crowd control measures as necessary.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies, disturbances, or unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports for any security‑related occurrences or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectiveness.
• Use security equipment and technology appropriately and effectively to enhance security operations.

• Be at least 21 years old (age requirement to comply with local regulations).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Excellent observational and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by work schedules.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
