As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Madison, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions and more. As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, remaining highly visible to deter security‑related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving position, so a valid driver’s license is required.

Full Time

$23.50 / Hour

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

At least one year of security‑related experience is required. Prior law enforcement or military experience is preferred.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or conditions encountered during patrols, following established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential risks and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with client staff and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergency situations.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site‑specific guidelines.

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants may be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
