Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in creating safe, well-maintained communities? We’re hiring multiple full-time maintenance professionals throughout the Madison area, including Grounds & Light Maintenance, Maintenance I, Maintenance II, and Maintenance Supervisor positions. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, there’s a place for you on our team.
- Competitive pay ranging from $20–$34/hour depending on experience, plus eligibility for our property bonus program

- Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances)
- Complete unit turnovers and maintain common areas
- Conduct routine building and grounds inspections
- Communicate with vendors and contractors
- Maintain curb appeal with daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.)
- Support the emergency on-call rotation
- Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
- Follow all safety protocols and support overall property operations
- Experience levels vary by position—both entry-level and skilled technicians encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required for all positions
- Preference given to candidates with previous snow plow driving experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
Maintenance Supervisors must hold an EPA Universal certification - HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred for Maintenance I/II roles
- CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
