Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Mechanic III to ensure that our equipment, systems, and buildings are maintained to the highest standards—providing a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment and infrastructure systems.
• Supporting regulatory compliance by maintaining facilities to meet hospital and healthcare industry standards.
• Specializing in an area based on your experience and facility needs (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
• Responding to work orders and emergencies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or as a mechanical technician—preferably in a healthcare or commercial setting.
• Technical knowledge in areas such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent facility needs or rotating on-call duties.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Mechanic 2, or maintenance-related service work

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate with two years' formal education in a mechanical field.
• 1-3 years of healthcare-related experience
