• Expertly install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Build strong customer relationships while effectively selling plumbing products and services.
• Accurately determine the source of plumbing malfunctions and execute required repairs.
• Respond to emergency situations, maintain communication with dispatch/management, and ensure a clean job site upon completion.
• Keep company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.

• Mandatory experience with in‑home sales or presenting service options to customers.
• 2+ years of professional experience in service, repair, and installation of plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job.
• Journeyman plumber license highly preferred (not mandatory).
• Personable, professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem‑solving ability.
• High integrity, valid driver’s license with an insurable record, and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
