• Construct and finish kitchens, baths, basements, and home additions with precision
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and teammates to deliver on time and on budget
• Problem‑solve with creativity, efficiency, and professionalism
• Mentor and support junior carpenters as part of a learning culture
• Maintain safe, organized, and client‑ready job sites
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients and colleagues alike

• 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
• Ability to read plans, accurately measure, and complete detailed finish work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A professional, solutions‑oriented mindset
• Personal hand tools and a valid driver’s license

• Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
• Experience or interest in sustainable/energy‑efficient building practices

• Pay: $28‑$39/hour, based on experience
