Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets high standards of quality and safety. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, boilers, and pool equipment
- Managing unit turnovers, completing work orders, and coordinating vendor services
- Performing routine maintenance, safety inspections, and preventative care
- Assisting with budget planning for maintenance and capital projects
- Responding to emergency repair requests and participating in the on-call rotation
- Supporting nearby Oakbrook properties when needed
We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service. You should be comfortable working independently and capable of handling both routine tasks and urgent repairs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Familiarity with residential building systems
- High school diploma or GED (trade certifications a plus)
- Valid driver's license required
- Personal hand tools required
