What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets high standards of quality and safety. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, boilers, and pool equipment
  • Managing unit turnovers, completing work orders, and coordinating vendor services
  • Performing routine maintenance, safety inspections, and preventative care
  • Assisting with budget planning for maintenance and capital projects
  • Responding to emergency repair requests and participating in the on-call rotation
  • Supporting nearby Oakbrook properties when needed
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service. You should be comfortable working independently and capable of handling both routine tasks and urgent repairs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with residential building systems
  • High school diploma or GED (trade certifications a plus)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Personal hand tools required
